    PROSPECT PARK SOUTH, Brooklyn — A woman was killed Wednesday night after being struck by a tractor-trailer in Brooklyn. Police responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m., near Caton Avenue and Pauls Place in the Prospect Park South section of the borough. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.     WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama on Tuesday commuted the sentence of Chelsea Manning, who gave classified military documents to WikiLeaks. Alexandria Vera, 24, was sentenced Friday for her long-term relationship with a teenager. Vera was facing a felony charge for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
