Oji shares her recipe for fried plantains

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Plantains
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Sea Salt

Directions:

  • On the stovetop, fill frying pan with a layer of oil and let get hot at a medium heat.
  • Peel and slice plantains in desired shape and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Place in frying pan until golden brown and flip over.
  • Once done, place a paper towel to blot excess oil and serve.
