Cops seek pair who mugged 68-year-old man on Staten Island street

PORT RICHMOND, Staten Island – Authorities are looking for two individuals who mugged a 68-year-old man on a Staten Island street last week.

The victim was walking in the vicinity of Heberton Avenue and New Street on November 15, at 6:05 p.m., when two males sucker punched him and kicked him, police said. The duo proceeded to steal $20 from the victim and fled.

The man was not transported to a local hospital.
