Amber Alert issued for 4-year-old in ‘extreme danger’ possibly headed for New Jersey

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Va. — Virginia State Police issued an Amber Alert Monday for a 4-year-old girl believed to be in extreme danger.

Police say Annabelle Dorethea Hope Richardson, 4, was last seen with Dylan James Richardson in Charlotte, Virginia around 5 p.m.

However, missingkids.org said the little girl had not been seen since Nov. 9.

Richardson, 24,  is described as being her non-custodial father.

They are possibly in a 1995 burgundy Chevy van with the license plate No. MG 2332. The two could possibly be heading to New Jersey, police said.

Annabelle is described as being 3 feet tall and 22 pounds. She has green eyes and blond hair. Police say Annabelle has a broken front tooth.

Dylan Richardson is described as being 5-foot-10 and 140 pounds.

Police have released photos of both Annabelle and Dylan.
