Man tells victim to kiss him, steals cash and MetroCard: NYPD

GREENWICH VILLAGE, Manhattan – Police are looking for a man accused of grabbing a woman and robbing her inside a subway station.

The NYPD says he approached the 26-year-old victim on the staircase leading down to the Bleecker Street stop, took her by the arm and told her to give him a kiss on October 30 around 2:30 a.m. When she resisted, the individual ran away.

She later found that an undetermined amount of cash and a MetroCard was missing from her purse, police said.

In photos provided by police, the man appears to be wearing a dark-colored jacket, sneakers and jeans.
