LOWER MANHATTAN — A man was arrested after he punched a tourist who found out the Statue of Liberty tickets he was trying to sell to him were fake, police said.

Two ticket agents allegedly sold fake tickets to a man by the Staten Island Ferry Terminal Saturday afternoon, police said. The man, who was with his family, realized the water taxi tickets to the Statue of Liberty were fake and refused to buy them.

Then the agents, one who has been identified as Andre Morris, began punching the man, police said.

Morris was arrested. Police are still searching for the other agent.
