After losing her father at a young age to a heart attack, Sarina Jain set out to marry her fun, upbeat Indian dance culture along with her passion for fitness, and created Masala Bhangra (“spicy dance”). It’s a total body workout that lets you burn anywhere from 500 to 700 calories per class.
Sixteen years later and Masala Bhangra is used worldwide in 22 countries.
