Queens house fire leaves 2 injured, 1 seriously: FDNY

EAST ELMHURST, Queens – Two people were hurt, one seriously, in a Queens house fire early Monday, FDNY said.

A FDNY spokesperson said the fire at 92-10 32nd Ave. started minutes at 1:47 a.m. and was extinguished less than an hour later. The blaze was confined to the second floor of the home.

Both victims were hospitalized. One of the victims is in serious but stable condition. The other only had minor injuries.

No word on what caused the fire.
