MARBLE HILL, The Bronx — A man was critically injured after being assaulted by a group of people Sunday morning in the Bronx.
Police say the victim, 36, was walking along Broadway in the Marble Hill section of the borough around 4:15 a.m., when he was approached by a group of people.
One of the suspects allegedly punched the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground. He was then beaten by multiple people and knocked unconscious.
He was taken to St. Barnabus Hospital where he is listed as being in critical condition.
No arrests have been made but police have released surveillance video from the scene.
