ROSELLE, N.J. – Authorities are looking for a man wanted for luring at least three girls in Roselle and possible more in neighboring New Jersey neighborhoods last week.
New Jersey State police said the victims in Roselle range between the ages of 12 and 16 . All of them reported the male asking them "if they wanted a ride" or physically grabbing them on the street, police said. None of the girls were injured and each managed to escape as the individual drove away.
The incidents occurred in a small area extending from Locust Street to Chandler Avenue between East 5th and East 10th avenues in Roselle -- a short distance from Abraham Clark High School and Leonard V. Moore Middle School -- between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. or 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., police said.
State police produced a portrait of the predator wanted for questioning.

In Kenilworth, a 15-year-old girl said she was approached by a man at around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday in the vicinity of Monroe Avenue and North 16th Street, police said. While in Linden, two 10-year-old girls reported a vehicle following them near School No. 2 on South Wood Avenue around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
