NEW YORK — Forget spending hours at the gym. Now you can get in shape in 18 minutes each day thanks to Women’s Health Magazine and bilingual fitness trainer Idalis Velazquez. The two have joined forces to create the “All in 18” (“Todo en 18”) DVD fitness program that provides the option of both English and Spanish-speaking workout routines.
Inspired by her own personal experience as a busy, working mother with limited time for exercise, “All in 18” was designed by Velazquez to target the total body in a series of 18 minute long workouts using minimal at-home equipment.
The program includes a supplementary easy to follow meal plan created by Women’s Health, with over 60 recipes for perfectly portioned meals and snacks.
