The NYPD said Watson approached the 58-year-old victim inside of 161 E. 110 St. at about 5:20 p.m. and began stabbing and slashing her with a screwdriver.

She suffered a puncture to her right thigh and small lacerations, according to police.

The victim, who worked in the building, was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
