The overnight ordeal began when a woman messaged a relative, requesting 911 be called because she was in danger and in a car with three possibly armed men, police said.

The relative then phoned 911, providing a description of their black BMW.

Police believe to ordeal began in Staten Island at Henderson Avenue and Broadway.

The vehicle was later spotted heading toward Brooklyn on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, and a pursuit was initiated.

The chase ended at 65th Street and 10th Avenue in Dyker Heights when the BMW crashed into a woman’s Nissan Ultima.

One man was detained at the scene and the other two fled, only to be apprehended later, police said.

Police are also questioning the woman who was in the vehicle.

Her relationship to the men and how she came to be inside the BMW is unknown.

She was unharmed in the crash, police said.

It is also unclear when the initial 911 call was made, but AIR11 footage captured aftermath of the Dyker Heights crash around 6 a.m.
