Water leak at Columbus Circle station causes delays on several subway lines

NEW YORK — A “water condition” is disrupting the commute along at least eight subway lines Monday morning, according to the MTA.

A water leak from a building above the Columbus Circle subway station sparked delays and halts in service on eight subway lines Monday morning, according to the MTA.

The problem began about 9:30 a.m. Within an hour, service had resumed with delays, the agency said.

The following subway lines were affected: A, B, C, D, E, F, M and R.
