Video shows bullets fired into crowd in the Bronx, killing 17-year-old boy

CLAREMONT VILLAGE, Bronx – Newly released surveillance footage shows the drive-by shooting that killed a teen and injured a man last Wednesday.

Police said 17-year-old Dontay Gordon was walking with a group of people on College Avenue late Wednesday, when a gunman inside a late-model Lincoln town car fired multiple shots at them, hitting Gordon in the chest and a man, 21, in the stomach.

Gordon was taken to a local hospital where he perished. The other victim was hospitalized in critical but stable condition.

The NYPD released video of the shooting early Saturday.
