JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Jersey City will soon be home to a 72-story tower.

Curbed NY reports the Morris Adjmi-designed building at 30 Journal Square will have 741 apartments. The building will also have 15,000 square feet of retail space and more than 96,000 square feet for office space.

The building will gain the title of the tallest tower in Jersey City.

Developers are working to revitalize the Journal Square area with several new towers that will dominate the skyline.

The project, known as Journal Squared, added a 54-story building. Two more 60+ story buildings and towers are planned, New York YIMBY reports.

A completion date for 30 Journal Square has not been announced.
