It happened at 109-38 113rd Street in the South Ozone Park section of the borough around 2:30 a.m., the NYPD said.

The male victim was arguing with the suspect when the shooter fired off a bullet to his forearm, which then grazed to the victim's mother's head, police said.

Both were taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Police sources said the gunman, who was wearing a white T-shirt,  ran away to parts unknown.

The investigation continues.
