Man accused of raping woman in rented room at Queens karaoke lounge: police

MURRAY HILL, Queens – Police are looking a man accused of raping a woman inside a private room at a Queens karaoke last month.

The 52-year-old victim was socializing with a man for two hours at Flower Karaoke on Crocheron Avenue around 2 a.m. on July 14, until he allegedly raped her in a rented room at the venue, according to the NYPD.

The suspect, who spoke Korean, is described to be between 40 to 50 years old, wearing an orange shirt and black pants, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance photos of an individual wanted for questioning.
