ConAgra Foods is recalling approximately 3,000 pounds of popular P.F. Chang's frozen chicken and beef dinners.

During an inspection, the USDA found metal fragments in the sauce inside the meals.

The fragments are between 2 and 9 mm in diameter, curled, malleable and shiny and pose a high health risk if consumed, according to a news release.

No injuries or illnesses have been reported yet, but ConAgra is urging customers to throw affected products away or to return the products from place of purchase.

The following products are being recalled:

  • 22-oz. plastic bagged meal packages of "P.F. Chang's Home Menu Brand Signature Spicy Chicken" with a use by date of 6/08/17 and case code 5006616500.
  • 22-oz. plastic bagged meal packages of "P.F. Chang's Home Menu Brand Mongolian Style Beef" with a use by date of 6/17/17 and case code 5006617400.

If you still have questions, you can call 1-800-252-0634 or call the USDA at 1-888-674-6854.
