Pennsylvania teen killed in Bronx double-shooting

LONGWOOD, Bronx – A 17-year-old was killed and another man injured in an early morning shooting in the Bronx Saturday.

The shooting happened at 1041 Tiffany St. just before 3:30 a.m.

The NYPD said the injured pair had a dispute with two unknown men who shot them and then fled the scene.

Two victims, a 17-year-old boy and 21-year-old man, were taken to Lincoln Hospital. One of them was victims was shot in the chest and the other took a bullet to the torso, but police did not specify.

The teen, identified as Elwin Coste of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The 21-year-old is listed as being in critical condition.

No arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
