Spring is here, and it's time to stop hibernating and start exercising more.

Karena Wu, ActiveCare physical therapy and co-author of "Pop-Doc," has tips to help you sprint your way back to working out and staying healthy.

Tips:

  1. Don't jump back in full force. Ease your way in to working out.
  2. Check your workout attire. Buy proper sneakers.
  3. Stretch after workouts.
