A man apparently wanted by police took to the Department's Facebook page to declare his innocence.

The Linden Police Department in Alabama posted a mug shot of Roderick Hill, 31, to its Facebook page. He is wanted for attempting to elude and is considered armed. That didn't sit well with Hill, who then responded to the post saying, "It's murderers out here and y'all worried bout lil ol me? wow...sad."

Those who follow the Police Department were shocked that he responded on social media, potentially giving himself away.

One person asked Hill was exactly he did, and he responded, "I ran from them. I've never been caught or charged with a gun. Never robbed. So how is it fair to label me armed over a traffic offense?"

Hill is wanted for attempting to elude officers in Marengo County and according to AL.com, he has a rap sheet mostly of non-violent offenses.
