With Valentine’s Day around the corner,  how about spicing things up with delicious cocktails? Mixologist Kenneth Vanhooser stopped by PIX11 News to share some easy recipes.

Red Rum
1 oz Caliche Rum
1oz Blackwell Rum
.5 oz Cynar
.5 oz Aperol
Splash lemon
2 dash Angostura bitters
2 dash Peychaud's bitters
Rinse glass with Cruzan Black Strap rum
Shake and serve on the rocks

Root to Roses

1.5 oz Caliche Rum
1.25 oz Root to Rose Tonic Concentrate
3 oz Seagram’s Club Soda
Served in a highball glass. Garnished with Candied Grapefruit Peel (Barrow’s Intense, rose, kaffir lime leaf)

Sprezzatura
(in the style of Sbagliato)
1.5 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Top with Villa Sandi Prosecco
Glassware: Rocks glass with ice
