SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Beyonce’s showstopping performance during Sunday’s Super Bowl halftime show had a touching tribute to the King of Pop.

Beyonce performed her new single “Formation” after headliner Coldplay and Bruno Mars warmed up the crowd. Her stunning presence and flawless physique had people going crazy on social media. Even when she was about to fall on national television during her dance, she bounced back like it was part of the choreography.

It wasn’t just her dancing and singing that stole the show. Beyonce dazzled onstage in her military-inspired outfit, but if you thought it looked slightly familiar — you’re right.

Her outfit paid homage to Michael Jackson, who performed at the Super Bowl back in 1993 wearing a similar look.

Her tribute followed the theme of the halftime performance. Coldplay said they wanted to “honor the past, present, and future” Super Bowl shows on Sunday, Vogue Magazine reported.
