NEW YORK— Amtrak trains running between New York and New Haven are delayed because of an overhead wire problem, transit officials said.

Amtrak will be running a limited diesel service between Penn Station and New Rochelle as a result of the outage.

They are estimating delays of up to 2 hours.

Amtrak says it is working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power.
