PHILADELPHIA — A porn star is suing Josh Duggar, claiming the reality TV star assaulted her on two occasions when consensual sex turned rough.

Ashley Stamm-Northup acts in adult films as Danica Dillon and filed the lawsuit Tuesday. She says Duggar approached her at a Philadelphia strip club in March and paid $600 for lap dances. She alleges he then paid $1,500 for "her company" and they had sex at a hotel.

“He walked into the Gold Club like a normal patron and said he’d been a fan for a long time and has watched my career grow — he even said from before my boob job until recently — and that he loved watching my very first scene on [an adult website],” Dillon said in an InTouch Weekly interview. “Then it got creepy.”

During the act, she claims, he "physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries."

“He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll,” Dillon says. “It was very traumatic. I’ve had rough sex before, but this was terrifying.”She says a few days later he tried to apologize and she was again assaulted. She's seeking $500,000 in damages.

Her lawyer says she didn't go to police with her allegations.

According to Dillon’s interview, which InTouch reports was conducted under a polygraph, she had sex with Duggar twice during his wife Anna’s pregnancy with the couple’s fourth child. Duggar found Dillon working at the Gold Club in Philadelphia, Penn.

Duggar is currently in long-term treatment center for his admitted pornography addiction. A call to a Duggar family attorney wasn't returned Thursday.
