A mother of four was arrested for DWI after driving her SUV into a sanitation truck in Ozone Park, Queens early Thursday.

OZONE PARK, Queens – A woman traveling with four children in the car was arrested early Thursday on suspicion of drunken driving after her SUV slammed into a garbage truck in Queens, momentarily pinning one of her kids between the vehicles, police said.

It happened about 12:30 a.m. Thursday near Atlantic Avenue and 76th Street in the Ozone Park section of the borough.

Police said a garbage truck was backing out of 76th Street when the woman struck the rear of the truck. One of the children was pinned in the front passenger seat, according to authorities.

All four children were taken to a hospital and are listed in stable condition.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, police said. Her name was not immediately released.
