The group, known as the National Liberation Militia, has allegedly threatened to carry out a “Halloween Revolt” that encourages people to causes disturbances to attract police so that they can then attack them, the Post reported.

Supporters are reportedly urged to wear Halloween masks and carry weapons such as bricks or firearms.
