Funeral arrangements set for NYPD Officer Randolph Holder killed in line of duty

NEW YORK -- Funeral arrangements have been set for the NYPD officer who was shot and killed in the line of duty in East Harlem Tuesday evening.

Randolph Holder, 33, was rushed to the hospital where he later died.

Suspect Tyrone Howard, 30, of Manhattan, has been released from the hospital and brought to a police precinct. A murder charge is being sought against him, officials said.

Holder was the fourth NYPD officer killed in the line of duty in the past 11 months.
