NEW YORK— Police say two men suspected of sexually assaulting and robbing three women in New York City have been arrested.

The New York Police Department says 31-year-old Isiah Rivera and 26-year-old Joey Cruz were arrested Sunday.

Detectives say the men met women online, arranged to meet them in the Bronx and Manhattan, then raped and robbed them.

One of the women was attacked in June. Two other attacks happened earlier this week.

In one of the attacks, the victim was sprayed with mace and then raped.

Police identified Rivera and Cruz as suspects on Saturday. A third man was already arrested.

Investigators say the men stole cell phones, jewelry, cash and a laptop computer.

It was not clear if any of the men had lawyers who could comment on the arrests.
