JUPITER, Florida – A woman apparently trying to buy marijuana on Twitter got a quick lesson in the public nature of social media, thanks to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

“Somebody bring me weed.  I’ll pay for it,” Twitter user @Rosa_Sparkz tweeted.

The Sheriff’s office replied, “Where should we meet you?”

Had it not been the authorities popping up in @Rosa_Sparkz’s mentions, the town of Jupiter might have been a good meeting spot — that’s where she lives, according to her Twitter profile.

The response has been retweeted and favorited tens of thousands of times since, but it appears @Rosa_Sparkz, whose Twitter name is “Goddess,” is doing just fine.
