Camille Cosby is standing by her husband’s side. Although Bill Cosby’s loyal wife knows her husband had multiple affairs, she refuses to believe he is a rapist, The New York Post reported, quoting sources close to the couple.

“Camille still doesn’t believe that Bill provided drugs and had sex with women without their consent,” a source who works for the couple said.

Camille, 71, who serves as her husband’s business manager, sees the accusations as an affront to her and all that she’s done to make him a star, a source who has done business with the couple said. The couple has been married for 51 years.

“I created him, I knew what I was getting and we’ll fix this,” she told a gathering of public relations specialists and advisers at the couple’s Massachusetts home Tuesday night, according to the source. “They are making him out to be such a bad guy, a monster.”

Bill Cosby is accused of nearly 50 alleged sexual assaults on women dating back 50 years. Advisers urged the 78-year-old comedian to sever ties with virtually everyone and to halt any comeback attempts for good, The Post reported.

He admitted in 2005 that he secured quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he was interested in having sex with them, according to documents obtained by the Associated Press. He also said he gave the sedative to at least one woman.

Cosby’s statue was recently removed from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. But, his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame will remain intact despite complaints.

A source said Camille "stopped being embarrassed" long ago of her husband's affairs.

"You have to allow for space to let your partner do what he wants," she told a source close to the family. "I have done that and [Bill] has done that and there’s no jealously, no friction.”

The couple's longtime spiritual adviser, the Rev. Carl Dianda, told The Post his "heart breaks" for her.

“She made so many sacrifices for him to have a career.”
