MANHATTAN — Plan ahead, straphangers: trains running along the N, Q, R lines will undergo late night schedule changes for the next two weeks starting Monday, the MTA said.

The trains won’t be running in Manhattan and service will end early in Queens and downtown Brooklyn due to Fastrack construction, according to the transit agency.

From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. July 6 to July 10 and again July 13 to July 17, the following changes will be in effect:

  • N service operates in two sections:
Between Stillwell Av and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr, and via the R to Court St
Trains run local from 59 St, Brooklyn to DeKalb Av
Between Queensboro Plaza and Ditmars Blvd
  • Q service operates between Stillwell Av and DeKalb Av, and is rerouted as follows:
Via the D between DeKalb Av and 47-50 Sts
    Via the F to/from 57 St
  • R service operates in Brooklyn between 95 St and 36 St.

Riders can take 2, 4, A, D, F or Q trains to travel between Brooklyn and Manhattan. For service between Manhattan and Queens, commuters can take the 7 train.
