LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — Police are looking for two suspects who allegedly pistol whipped a bodega clerk during a robbery in Manhattan Friday morning.

The suspects entered the bodega on East Houston Street at 3 a.m., according to police, and struck the 52-year-old clerk in the head with a firearm. They then demanded he lay on the floor and removed cash, cigarettes, lotto cards and the victim’s iPhone 4.
