Cleare was last seen in Macy’s Thursday evening.

MANHATTAN (PIX11) — A 60-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease is missing after last being seen in Midtown Thursday.

Horace Cleare was last seen at about 6:30 p.m. inside Macy’s in Herald Square. Cleare may require help returning home.

He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black jacket, a beige shirt, a black sweater and black/gray cap. Cleare is wearing  MedicAlert Foundation + Alzheimer’s Assoc. Safe Return Program pendant. His Safe Return ID is 319568.

Cleare is 5’11”, 185 lbs., has a dark complexion, dark brown eyes, balding gray hair and a faint mustache and goatee.
