(PIX11) — Emma Watson is reminding her fans to not read everything they read online when it comes to her personal life.
Rumors started flying last week when Australian tabloid Woman’s Day said the Harry Potter star and Prince Harry were going on secret dates and getting to know each other.
On Sunday, Watson put the gossip mill to bed on Twitter.
“WORLD … Remember that little talk we had about not believing everything written in the media?!” she said.
She also took fire at the magazine for saying she was angling to become the next princess, saying that “marrying a Prince (is) not a prerequisite for being a Princess.”
The tweet had a link and credit to director Alfonso Cuaron for his adaptation of the novel “A Little Princess” including the famous line: “I am a princess. All girls are; even if they live in tiny old attics, even if they dress in rags, even if they aren’t pretty or smart or young, they’re still princesses.”
