Snow totals around the tri-state area from the Blizzard of 2015

NEW YORK (PIX11) — The National Weather Service has removed blizzard warnings and mass transit is up and running after “Juno” blew through the tri-state area Monday into Tuesday.

While several meteorologists took to social media to apologize the stark contrast between their forecasts and the snow levels, some areas did see significant snow.

Parts of eastern Long Island saw upwards of two feet while Central Park measured 7.8 inches.
