Shooter sought after 15-year-old gunned down in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A 15-year-old boy was gunned down in Brooklyn Sunday and his killer was caught on camera running from the scene, police said Monday as they called for help finding the shooter.

It happened about 1:15 p.m. Sunday.

Three men approached the teen and a 20-year-old man near Avenue H and East 56th Street, police said.

One of those men opened fire, striking 15-year-old Isiah Joseph in the back and shooting his friend in the lower rear torso, police said.

Joseph was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The 20-year-old victim remained hospitalized Monday in stable condition, police said.

Police are looking for three men caught on camera running away from the scene. The suspected shooter is the man wearing a black jacket and grey pants, NYPD said.

It was not immediately known what led up to the shooting. No arrests have been made.
