Missing man, 72, last seen fleeing Queens nursing home: police

FAR ROCKAWAY (PIX11) — A 72-year-old man who was being admitted to a Queens nursing home is missing, police said.

Felix Casablanca was last seen Wednesday, Dec. 31 around 12:00 p.m. while being transported to his new residence, the Gloria Manor Nursing Home for Adults at 140 Beach 119th Street in Far Rockaway.

Police said Casablanca refused to enter the facility and fled the location before being admitted.

Casablanca is 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has a medium build, dark complexion and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue fleece pullover shirt, dark colored sweatpants and eyeglasses.
