MANHATTAN (PIX11) — Police are searching for a 76-year-old man who was reported missing Saturday.

Ramon Saez was last seen Friday, Dec. 26 around 4:20 p.m. at Metropolitan Hospital at 1901 1st Avenue. Saez was leaving a doctor’s appointment.

He is described as a male Hispanic, 5-foot-9-inches, 140 pounds with a gray beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a black leather cowboy hat, orange t-shirt, blue jacket and blue jeans. Saez also walks with a cane and has a tracheotomy.

Saez takes medication for blood pressure and may be in need of the prescription.
