GATES, N.Y. (PIX11) — A Rochester woman dressed as a zombie was arrested twice for driving while intoxicated within the span of three hours, WHAM reported.

Catherine Butler, 26, was pulled over by Gates Police after driving without her headlights on following a Halloween party early Saturday. She had a blood alcohol level of .11 percent and was charged with DWI. The woman was picked up by a friend afterwards, FOX8 reported.

But less than three hours later, police say Butler went behind the wheel drunk a second time. She was arrested with a blood alcohol level of .09 percent — .01 above the legal limit.

Butler has prior arrests for driving drunk, WHAM reported. She was allowed to keep her license because earlier DWI charges were reduced to impaired driving charges.
