ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (PIX11) — A Florida man arrested on drug charges last month must be a diehard New England Patriots fan, as he has a Tom Brady helmet tattooed on his head.

The Smoking Gun reports that Victor Thompson, 46, was arrested for allegedly possessing “Spice,” synthetic marijuana — which is illegal in Florida. Thompson told cops he had recently moved from New Hampshire, and didn’t realize Spice was illegal in Florida.

Not only does Thompson’s tattoo feature Brady’s No. 12, it has fine details such as the logo of the helmet manufacturer and the NFL, AND replicas of other football players’ signatures.

Authorities took extra booking photos of Thompson’s tattoos for future reference.

He has been charged with felony drug possession and trespassing and was released on $1500 bond.
