HARLEM (PIX11) -- At least 11 apartments have been damaged after a 3-alarm fire tore through a Harlem building.
FDNY officials say the fire started on the fifth floor of the 6-story building on West 112th Street.
Red Cross is assisting residents that may have been displaced.
Tenants will not be allowed back into the building until Department of Buildings does a survey, which is being delayed.
Fire marshals are investigating the cause of the fire, which is deemed "suspicious" as of now.
Officials say there were hoarding-like conditions inside of the apartment.
