Well Mets fans, believe it or not, tonight is the last game I’ll be covering this season. Can you believe it’s September already?!  Wow this season has flown by.

Well there’s a light mist falling here in Queens, but the tarp  is off the field and the grounds crew is working on the infield.

Mets Facts:

Zack Wheeler is 7-1 with  a 2.21 ERA in his last 13 starts dating back to June 30th.

Wheeler leads the team with 20 quality starts and is tied for 11th in the NL.

Wheeler is averaging 8.9 strikeouts per nine innings, ranking 6th in the NL.
