Two more charged in stray bullet death of 12-year-old girl

PATERSON, N.J. (PIX11) — The Paterson Police Department have charged and arrested two more people in the death of a 12-year-old girl hit by a bullet while riding her bike.

Charges were filed against Jeffrey Ellerbee, 21, of Paterson and Marshae Anthony, 19, of Paterson in connection to the death of Genesis Rincon.

Ellerbee was charged with one count of first degree Murder, one count of second degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of second degree unlawful possession of a weapon.

Anthony was charged with one count of second degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and one count of second degree unlawful possession of a weapon.

Bail has been set at $2 million in cash only for Ellerbee and $75,000 for Anthony.

On Tuesday, 19-year-old Jhymiere Moore was arrested after turning himself in to police in connection with the shooting.

Moore appeared in court on Friday pleading not guilty.
