NEW YORK (PIX11) — If you have a few hours to kill, you’re in luck.

And just in time to try and break the newest Guinness World Record for subway riding. Here’s a tip: clear your calendar.

Six British tourists set the record for visiting all 468 New York City subway stations. They accomplished the feat in 22 hours, 26 minutes and 2 seconds. That’s about 26 minutes faster than the previous record.

For good measure, just a few days later they visited the entire Staten Island Railway.

Now this was all done back in November, but the record was just confirmed this month.

After breaking the record, there was no celebration. Instead, the team headed for their beds, and a nice long nap.

All stations are not opened. Remember the Montique tunnel is closed so are the stations.
