MEDFORD, N.Y. (PIX11) – The discovery of a missing 21-year-old woman’s car has been deemed suspicious by investigators, who are asking for the public’s help to find the young woman.
Sarah Goode’s sister reported her missing Sunday, after Goode did not contact her family about two days, police in Suffolk County said early Monday.
Goode’s car – a 1999 BMW 328i – was found in Medford, N.Y., “under suspicious circumstances,” officials said.
Police said the car was discovered near a wooded area a few blocks away from the home where Goode lives with her mother.
The 21-year-old medical technician and mother of a 4-year-old girl, Goode was last seen about 1 a.m. Saturday with friends.
At a news conference Monday afternoon, the missing woman’s sister pleaded for help finding her loved one.
Goode is described as a white female standing 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 100 pounds with long brown hair, brown eyes and a flower tattoo on her foot.
