MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (PIX11) - An Ohio woman has pleaded “not guilty” to charges after she allegedly distributed explicit photos of her husband at a local Walmart.
Beverly Rolston, 45, was arrested in November after police got a call reporting a woman posting photos of “a woman engaging in a sex act with a man,” according to WLIW. The woman in the photo was a store employee, according to the responding officer.
Surveillance showed Rolston posting the photos, which bore the phrase “Hide your Husbands,” along with a “more vulgar phrase.” The photos were on full display as families with small children shopped.
Rolston was charged with one count of pandering obscenities.
