The terminal is one of the busiest places in the area.

It’s more than 64 years old and in need of some repairs.

The Port Authority, which manages and operates the bus terminal, says the upper deck has drainage problems during periods of heavy rain or snow. Garbage cans and water collection systems are set up around the second floor.

The agency is studying future plans for the terminal. The upcoming capital project plan does not include major repairs at the bus terminal.
