LOS ANGELES (PIX11) — Nadya Suleman, better known has “Octomom,” has been charged with three counts of felony welfare fraud, TMZ reports.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney says Suleman failed to report almost $300,000 in earnings between January and June of 2013.

Suleman conceived 14 children through in vitro fertilization and has been on public assistance.

She faces more than five years in prison if she’s convicted.
